Hey,

Was wandering down washington road the other day and noticed this:

Any ideas what it is? I thought maybe a mobile phone mast, but it doesn't look tall enough for that.

Perhaps some sort of government mind control device?

That's what I suspected....Damn, that's pretty screwed up. Apparently there are a few others in the sheffield area. Hope they don't spread everywhere....
