your all gonna think i am going crazy but...
I got vince(my cat) from a forummer, he was given to me as a boy and it soon became clear he was a girl(slight lack of 2 spherical objects  )
so anyway that explains the he/she part and why she is called vince!!!
so... there is a black and white tom who hangs around my house and as of late has actually been coming to the door and crying so i will let her out!!! of they go playing and all is fine.
last few days its getting more and more and today when i came home they were playing about on my drive, she came running for me to let her in and next think he was at the window just staring in! i was like omg he is stalking her. let her out again and he wont leave her side.
i am moving away in a few weeks and worried he may stalk us all the way to Glasgow

you cant possibly seperate them you may break her little cat heart  - of course the male cat will more than likely leave her for a younger more atractive female as men do anyways

she is not in season at the moment so i think i am safe just now with that one!!
she will be spayed as soon as i get to GLasgow!

My cats have all in their time had best buddies and admirers, even when neutered or spayed, who come to call for their mate to come out and play. Generally speaking it's because cats are a lot more sociable than we think they are, and it's more often than not harmless. We have loads of cats at the Shelter who come in as single cats, make really good friends with another cat while in and go home as a pair with their new mate.
Savbaby- I hope that your cat has really clear seasons, for her sake, but if you're sure that she's not in season then I really wouldn't worry about it. I think that she's trying to give you a clear message- that she likes playing with other cats. When you move you may find that she gets withdrawn when she's shut into your new place (the obligatory 3 weeks) because she pines for other cats for company. This will give you a choice- find a neighbour's cat that she can play and have fun with, or get another youngster for company yourself.

i got 3 other cats and 2 dogs to keep her company so think she be ok 
i have moved with my cats before and never kept them in at all for the time specified as it drives them barmy, all i do is keep the litter tray poo in garden for few weeks so the scent is around!

Bless her little soul! Takara has to come and see Vince again before you go! She loves her!
Our cat has an admirer, unfortunately she doesn't feel the same way about him and he keeps popping in through the cat flap only to get a swipe and a hiss from Smitch usually at about 3am.
Does the cat have an owner? If you know where he lives, please tell his owners to make sure he's shut in the day you go, we lost our little kitten, Trotski when she jumped in someone's removal van when they were leaving

defo bring her!!! i not got sandy at the moment so she has noone to run away from her!!!
i think they are strays that come to door,he is a stunning cat that is stalking her though. looks like the felix cat

I'm sorry but any self-respecting tom cat will have a whole string of ladies on the go at once - makes you wonder where they get the energy from

My cats stalker will have to move onto a new cat..
One of mine died during the night The other one is already whining around the house..
