S5 and S9 cover a huge area - could you be a little more specific?

Then they came for me and there was no one left to speak for me

It's not really bashing... One person has just said they think it's not a nice place to live.

My only bad experience of a place to live was on parson cross, but to be fair its my 1 and only experience of a council estate. Also to be fair it could have just been that i fell on some bad neighbours. I had a physco living near me, she had a physco Son who was permanently tagged, police were at the property EVERYDAY! riot police! Police caved in their door 9 times in 6 months. She
Used to shout at everyone in the street, she used to put knife marks on peoples doors and shout abuse! Her son used to threaten anyone who looked at him! <removed> Proper nut job! And her son <removed>! Old people on the street lived in fear!!!! She had her younger children taken from her. She beat people up. We all did diary forms for council but when it went to court the social services said 'she cant help it' if she cant help behaving like that she should be prisoned in a padded cell!

Then on the corner of <removed> road there was a real scrubber family, caravan on front garden! Music playing loud! Bloke who could work hardly did! Same with bloke across the road 'can work but dont want to as better off onbenefits' i used to come home from
A hard days work and see them all ****** on the garden on tax payers money!

Like i said thats my experience of living on parson cross
Near avisford road.

I would like to add my friend lives on parson cross and its a nice street where everyone work with the exception of the odd single parent, and their homes are kept nice. So although i would try my best never to have to live on a council estate again i suppose not all experiences will be as bad as mine!

This has been done to death on numerous threads. There is no reason to churn it all up again.

Worst area? Dore/Totley..

Seriously, Manor's pretty rough, lots of crime up there.
