There is a yorkshire terrier running loose Dykes Hall Road area. 101 have been informed as it is causing cars and buses to brake sharply. We have attempted to catch the dog but its not possible. Last seen heading towards Hillsborough!

That is fantastic, thank you for letting me know Jinx.

I was convinced he would have been knocked down, we were having to stop traffic as he wouldn't come to us or stay on the pavement. Numerous cars and several buses had very near misses with him. Do you know if the warden got him? When I rang 101 she said would inform police and the wardens but couldn't guarantee anyone would look for him!

I am so happy

at least you did the right thing and handed the dog in rather than leaving it running loose
