ETS light on in Volvo- needs re- programming

Just noticed the ETS (electronic throttle system) light is on. I have a 2001 Volvo 2.0 20v T5 C70.

Anyone know where I can get a mobile diagnostics report and someone who can re- programme it? Or anyone who has had this problem before and knows more about the fault?

Anything gratefully appreciated.
