Not been with them in ages. I jumped ship because of the excessive call and text pricing.

I've been happy with them for about 14 years now. I don't have an android phone though and i know some people have issues with their connectivity.

The only place I have connectivity issues is at work and that's due to the metal clad building.

Vodafone were my first contract mobile phone company, the service was bobbins, but I made the mistake of moving to 3, which is even worse! O2 FTW!

i find it amusing how there is a related advertisement for vodaphone on this thread.
girlfriends never had problems, shes been with them whole life till she switched to 3 because im with them, and the only problems weve encountered up to now is a worker in the three store (town) that got sacked anyway. she tried selling us a replacement sim for a fiver (theyre free) when we went in because hers was taking longer than expected to confirm. only other problem is bad signal up penistone, but come on lol.

That's strange as i don't even get a reminder text until my bill is a week late. Even then it's another week or so before they take any action. I never notice what my signal is on as it has only failed to call once in 14 years and that was when i was working in an underground car park.

you have to remember, this was a good few years back and from that experience i vowed never to go with them again...though my son has been with them about 3 months and he experiences calls being dropped and loss of signal(so nothing much has chnged in my eyes), I gave them enough chances and they let me down every single time, but i guess everyone has good and bad experiences with everything.

I'm with Vodafone over here in Oz. No real dramas with them tbh. signal does drop a few times but I havent been inconvenienced by it.
in the UK I was only ever with Orange. 12 years in fact and never ever had one issue with them!

I've got my son a Voda contract, only problem so far was with their insurance. Took them three months to remove it from the contract but they did give me the money back. Signal doesn't seem to be as good as mine on O2.

In Highgreen the signal is crap !!! Also most parts of UK are dodgy. Funny how when you go to Spain you get a strong signal everywhere, even in mountain villages. I reckon its because we have a shortage of masts due to objections from NIMBY's.
