OK lets hear from the new year resolutionists planning to fight the flab and get fit.

Who will last the pace or who will sink into hybernation after two weeks never to return.

Who is the weakest link.

I joined one for several months last year and am planning to join again this year. (Got to wait for payday.) I joined a rather rundown gym owned by a sweet elderly couple. Most of the members are retirees undergoing serious rehab.

It's done wonders for my self-esteem. No slender babes to compete with! I'm the fittest person there, and the thinnest, too! I'm the only one who actually runs on the treadmill!

Yes my resolution is to start going to the gym, can anyone recommend one that's reasonably priced?
a friend of mine suggested Greens on Cemetery Road,
but then I was told that it would be really expensive.

Depends where you live really, the last thing you need is to have to travel to one after work.
Look for one near your work or home.
I train at Hillsbrough and have use of the pool and sauna to which helps as I have just learned to swim.
It also allows me to use Ponds Forge, Concord and the one down near the stadium track.
