Does anyone know who's building them or who will be selling them?
I've tried ringing a few estate agents to glean some info but they have been mostly clueless.
There's a surprise!
Easiest way: use HM Land Registry (https://www.landregistry.gov.uk/wps/...roperty_Search) where (for £4) you can order a copy of the registered title details inc. who owns the land and that person's address.

The reason I suggested Planning Portal instead of HMLR is because it's free
Even if so, it does not show ownership details- only applicant details.
Agreed, which I believe is more important because they will usually be the one to contact rather than the owner of the land which might a land bank or something.

But the question asked in post #1 was who's building them or who will be selling them?; so knowing which Architect/Planning Consultancy/Chartered Surveyor is shown on the Planning Application won't be an answer!
