My cig lighter thingy in the car wasnt working so I decided to be a stupid git and opened my haynes manual, and took fuse 22 (10a) out. Now the central locking is dead, and the time on the speedo goes back to 0 as soon as I put the ignition on. Whats happened?? Please I could cry!!!!!!!!

Clean the terminals and maybe add a touch of copper grease.

There is also a chance that there is an in-line fuse just for the lighter if you can get in behind the dashboard without out any trauma.
