I've noticed many comments on various threads that are openly racist.

In that post, the poster makes a statement clearly intended to promote racial hatred.

It prohibits the use of threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour, or displaying any written material which is threatening, abusive or insulting with the intention of stirring up racial hatred or where racial hatred is likely to be stirred up.

The Racial and Religious Hatred Act 2006 is an Act of the Parliament of the United Kingdom (citation 2006 c. 1) which creates an offence in England and Wales of inciting hatred against a person on the grounds of their religion.

In allowing that sort of illegal hate garbage, is the forum condoning breaking the law?
