I have used the Morrisons store at Halfway for years, the parking discipline is very good in general. There are exceptions, I have noticed people using the area that is yellow lined as a parking space, has any one else noticed this? I know people who are handicapped sometimes cannot get parked and may use the yellow lined area and I sympathise, but it`s not right, if this issue has been covered before, I missed it, do Morrisons care or are bothered?

Nope they arent bothered and dont enforce the car park, ive seen people park there before and it makes it a bit awkward for others trying to get out of spots.
Also the amount of disabled people who park in Mother and Child spots because all the disabled spots are full at busy times is annoying too, they should make Disabled and mother and child spots the same, as most time there are lots of empty disabled spot and not mother and child ones.
As many on this forum are only too happy to point out and take advantage of - ignoring Morrison's rules for the use of their car park is a civil matter, not a traffic offence, so any action they do take against the offender is likely to be just ignored anyway. The sort of person who thinks he has a right to park where he likes on someone else's private land, regardless of what trouble he might cause, is hardly likely to take any notice of a bill for his actions.

Yep, expect things to get worse and road rage start to rise again.
