Group of about ten boys aged 5 to 7/8 years of age, most on bikes riding all over the road Upper Wincobank and Flower Estate. After I warned them to stay on the pavement they threw stones.

I had a simlilar problem recently. Kids in middle of road on thier bikes. One of em just sat in front of me & didn't move, laughing cos he was holding up traffic. After a number of profanities i decided to try a different tac, sat back, turned my engine off & put my hand on the horn. Kept it on until some adults came out of near by house. Most of the kids scarpered but the little cocky guy in the road stood fast,,,,until an adult, (guessing a parent by the interaction between them) came and dragged him off the road and turned to me with a very embarressed sorry.
Cocky kid grounded,,,me on my way with a smile.....result

Thats the problem you dont know any better, to you it is normal for kids to play chicken in the middle of road and drink cider in park when you are 11
