Hello,

My friend would like to run a fast food shop which is very small and could easily move from here to there, in a handcart. Then they can sell some very special delicious food in the city centre.

what we want to know is what kind of permissions are needed?
How much to do that?

thanks for your help!

go to www.sheffield.gov.uk and have a look.

At a guess i'd suggest a street trading licence, various insurances, food hygiene certificate, maybe even planning permission depending on where you want to set up shop (in the city centre or a conservation area)
