Hi all, wondering if anyone has ben to "Beg, Borrow & Steal" above Paris in town?
I went to Paris a few weeks ago but was ridiculously disappointed by their music policy.
Advertised as "house, funk, soul & disko" it was all chart topping clap-trap.
Is beg borrow&steal any better? It says on the website 'The finest house music' but after being let down by Paris after a hefty entry fee I'm not willing to risk it unless someone can vouch for it!

Oh and I would appreciate a heads-up of anywhere I can listen to some good house or deep house in Sheffield.

Beg Borrow & Steal is House on Saturdays, classics stuff generally, not so modern. This Saturday Seamus Haji headlines Freq Out @ M-Code, the new warehouse event near Attercliffe/Don Valley.

Ev and the Camouflage Disco crew have been playing House for well over a decade around sheffield at free parties and out in the peaks - they've stated to do a bit of stuff at DLS - so well worth looking out for...
