Hi All, I have been looking at product comparison websites for my products for some time but was put off by the cost of the setup and time required for integration. Kelkoo allowed me to sign up for free which I thought was great. I signed a 3 month contract at a reasonable per click price.
My capped monthly amount was reached within a week so I thought thats great loads of traffic equals lots of sales. Not so. I had the traffic but no more sales. The tracking code is javascript so Google analytics doesnt read its entirity but I did get from what came through was a bounce rate of 95% with pages accessed for 10 seconds or less.
The main tracking is via tradedoubler so i have to go along with it for longer to see some results through that. I have also lost my ranking for naturally listed pages due to the high bounce rate.
To me it looks like click fraud as the main source is from Kelkoo's extreme sports which is nothing like what i am selling. Has anyone else had problems with Kelkoo?
