Did anyone see the Land rover on city road on fire, Hope everyone is ok, As I went past I could hear screaming and flames coming from the car I stopped just passed the car and went back to make sure everyone was out of the vehicle, There was no one in it (I was prepared to do my best to get them out) But I did notice some Heroes at the scene sorting the car out The screams must have been from the car occupants of the car

Didn't see the actual fire, but saw the burnt out car still outside the shops at 5:30. What time did it happen?

If it was an old Landy it could have been an electrical fault, once saw a Citreon go up in flames on Spital Hill it was very quick.

Wondered what that was. I was stuck in the traffic at about that time I had to turn the car round and go a different way. Glad no one was hurt though.

Poor Landie. Still, hope it gets rebuilt, most do! It's called 'sustainable motoring'

The car on city road was my daughters bosses car she was lucky to get out just before it went up.
she owns the hair salon across from kfc.
it was caused by an electrical fault .
she was very lucky as she had drove from Treeton up the parkway.
she was very shaken up but un hurt.
the insurance company told her to leave it where it was so they could collect it.
it could have been a lot worse .
