The words are interchangeable in most contexts; certainly in that one. Personally I prefer "someone;" it sounds more like you are referring to a person and less like referring to an object. However that is only a personal preference.

I'd say both are correct, but the second one, for me, rolls off the tongue better. the first one has an air about it of a private joke between people when you talking to the person that loves Jessica but they don't yet quite admit to it. can see you saying with a mile before going 'x and Jessica sitting in a tree...'. the second one sound more like a mere statement of fact. but both a grammatically correct. except no period:-)

Both are valid it depends on context...

Someone loves Jessica - indicates that some person is unknown.

Somebody loves Jessica - indicates that the person is unknown but comes from a known group.

E.g,

"Don't leave things in the car as someone could come past and break the window to steal them"

"Somebody in this classroom has dropped their pen on the floor"
