Can anyone suggest any good Kettlebell videos/routines; I'm interested in improving mainly my stamina, but also strength.

Try Jillian Michaels Shred-It With Weights workout DVD.
Be careful where you order it from though as it is American so sometimes comes as the wrong region DVD.

I do muaythai and also go running; its really just to help them.

16kg isn't too bad for double hand swings. Just looking for something a bit more, like a routine.
Also cheers everyone else for the links.

With some of the routines on the videos ive highlighted 10lb weight is sufficient but in saying that its all about what you want to gain from using the kettle bells

If you're looking for Kettlebell training to supplement your Muay Thai practice, you should give Kettlebell classes a go. There are so many small, but important, details that are often missing from even the highest quality KB video which can be detrimental to your training and may lead to serious injuries.
Mark Hayes (RKC)teaches "Hard-Style" Kettlebell classes at Sheffield Martial Arts Centre on Wednesdays and Fridays, from 6pm to 7pm (he's also available for private one-to-one tuition). Mark has been a practitioner of martial arts for over 25 years, so he'll be able to sort you out with some routines that will really benefit your Muay Thai Training.

Would love to, but with my current muay thai commitments and the running I'm doing to train for my first half marathon; I wouldn't be able to fit it in. That's why I'm looking for videos I can slot in between training. Thanks though.
