hi i had my kitten checked and she has fleas. the vets treated her there and then with frontline spray and i bought some frontline spot on for my other 3 cats which i put on them straightaway last night.

we have only had lily, the kitten, 2 days so she has only really been in our bedroom. i have washed the bedding and hoovered. are there any other precautions i need to take to stop her getting them back again?

also i know this is a daft question but can they get onto your clothes and stuff and then go back on the cat? although ive got 3 cats they have never had fleas before so am a bit clueless!!

Yes they can get into fabrics etc, but once the cat has been frontlined it will kill them for at least 4 weeks, if you are really worried get some household spray from the vets, it isn't cheap but I guarantee it will kill all fleas if you use it as directed.

These are some household flea sprays. I have never used them so I don't know which is the best one. Maybe someone on here will know
