London Road is the sheffield central hub of international cuisine. All kinds of foods all on one road similar to the curry mile in manchester and a kind of china town but better as London Road offers turkish, vietnamese, greek, italian, indian and chinese. so what is the pick of the bunch?

Try a few? They're all relatively inexpensive, some are good, some are less so. Set yourself a target of one a month, and you'll soon find some favourites! It depends on your personal choice, that'll determine what's 'best' for you.

The new Indian beginning with R, directly beneath the London Road social club (or whatever it's called) is really good - excellent choice of food, good quality, clean and fresh decor and lovely service. Only downside is, because it's underneath the club (it's not a social club, it's more like a youth club) you can (well, we did) hear thumps and thuds like people were playing table tennis or having a judo lesson directly above. It was a little distracting, tbh, which is a shame because otherwise the experience is one I'd be pleased to recommend.
