am i allowed to sell my BT home hub? - my contract has finished with them and they never asked me to return it?

home hubs go for about £10 if new and boxed and the phone goes for about £15 if new and boxed

The reason they are worthless is that the settings are static and cant be changed so it wont connect to any other ISP.

I have a Home Hub as a spare modem/router and it works fine with Plusnet, I have read of people using them with other ISPs too.

you can use them with other isp you just need to flash the firmware

this is true but to be honest whats point now days modems and routers are that cheap to pick up why bother
