Yesterday I saw council workmen re-filling the same pot holes that they only filled in two months ago, and again two months before that, and I'd bet they'll be back again in another two months having to re-fill the same pot holes. When will they learn to use decent materials and do a repair that will last?

The pot hole that concerns me most is the one on the motorway bridge/roundabout at j33 parkway/m1. It seems to fall through every 3 months or so - what's going on underneath it???
