Good morning all ,we have had bramble our tortie kitten nearly a week and shes so lovley, went to the vets yesterday, jabs, worming, deflead 65 quid gulp but im lucky i work and can afford it,it just made me think when people get pets do they really look at the cost of keeping them,it will also cost us about that for spaying when shes old enough.
I would have loved another kitten i already have an older cat so to be fair and give them what they need then i decided not to.Thats without all the food and treats ect we provide.
I have to say my vets are wonderful and maybe i could have got it cheaper but they are near me and ive been a customer for 30 years,i wish people would think sometimes its not owning the pet its keeping it,she is so funny and i wouldnt be without her. And also a big thank you to all the charities that rescue these animals where would they be without them ie Jackie at CATS ect doing a wonderful job on little money and thanks.

Yes it takes time and she's an old Lady, but if they feel safe I find mine enjoy watching kittens play, cat's are such funny creatures and I think between you and me they enjoy being in a huff
