I can do it but not until 17th.

I'll be heading down that way anyway with plenty of room in the shogun and a crate to transport her in.

Will it wait that long?

Nope - she needs out of the pound and NOW.
She's full of mange and in such a terrible state. Please ask anyone you know who can securely and safely transport this abandoned neglected little girl to a place where she will be safe and can receive proper treatment. She could even have a t-shirt on whilst travelling. Would be best in a van if possible.

Thanks Mel for helping this girl from Sheffield.

Can anyone get down asap?

i saw the first message, i was gonna reply saying i would do it, but only just started driving again...i cant risk such a long journey after my op.

if you get really stuck, i can do it, but would take much longer, as im still still stiff n sore.

We don't put dogs from the pound directly into foster homes because they are largely unassessed so don't want to put them in the situation where they are faced with other dogs and possibly children. There is also the added complication that this little girl has mange which is highly contagious to other animals and (depending on the type of mange she has) to humans.

The thing is, they fed her, she's not thin so how can they feed her every day and see her getting worse and not do anything?
