Took an ex employer to a tribunal and wiped the floor with them.

Only wanted what I was due, but their arrogance and incompetence cost them dearly.

Penalty payments awarded by the tribunal tripled the amount I was awarded.

The process was simple and straightforward, but make sure your facts are right and any evidence you have is presented.

depends which solicetor you use, mine was absolutely crap, and now i cant claim cos its been over a year since the incident

They are ace!! We claimed for wrongful dismissle. we sent off one letter, went to one meeting with them and then got paid out!! Go fo it!!
