Lost black and white short-haired cat, answers to Whisky. Has black spot on nose, I think it's the right hand side... Went missing from his new home when my grandmother left her windows open. Please keep eyes open for him as he is a much loved pet. He is chipped but doesn't wear a collar. Friendliest cat in the world. Could be somewhere between Lowedges & Batemoor as he may be trying to work his way back home.

There's lots of black and white cats round here but I'll keep my eyes peeled. Do you have a photo of him at all?

I have loads, unfortunately I have no way to upload them to here as I don't have a working USB port and they're all on my phone. His most distinctive feature is the black spot on one side of his nose, without it he'd look symetrical, a classic cat in a dinner jacket type look.

Have you found him yet, I have seen a cat matching this description at the bottom of my block on Batemoor about 5 mins ago. This cat looks very thin and I haven't seen it round here before so could possibly be your little one. I'm going to put some food down in a minute and see if I can get a picture. Unfortunately I have a female cat so wouldn't be able to take him in, but I will see if one of my neighbours can if we know for definite that it is him.

Hope you find your cat soon, can't imagine what it's like to not know where they are.

No, he's not been found yet. Please get a photo if you can, if it's him I'll let you know and I'll come straight round for him.

Have you checked with the RSPCA and local vets? They have a lost and found list. I lost my cat recently so know exactly how you are feeling. She turned up eventually, I'll keep my fingers crossed yours does too.

Hi Nik Nak, sorry I've been so long replying, you must be out of my mind with worry. I've been going out at various times of the day to try and get a picture but haven't seen him since. I will keep looking as much as I can. I live on Batmoor just opposite the bus gate (don't know if you know where that is, PM me for details) if you want to let your grandmother or others know so they can keep their eyes open? x

Yeah, I live a little further down the road, opposite the postbox. My mother is out looking for him regularly, my grandmother not so much. She isn't up for it health wise and to be perfectly honest I don't think she really cares all that much. If it wasn't for my mardy neighbours and Sheffield Homes I would never have asked her to take him as I knew something like this would happen.

Good news, he's been found. He's home. He's a half starved little devil but he's home where he belongs now. Sheffield Homes be damned!
