For the past couple of years, I bought my hanging baskets from Norton Nurseries. Just been across to check on this year's, and they're not doing them this year!! Short staffed apparently.

I'm really disappointed because they are usually so carefully planted by the Green Fingers Project, and were so beautiful.

I'm now at a loss where to go. Before I start trawling the garden centres in and around Sheffield, can anyone recommend anywhere please.

Thanks

on a similar note, I'm looking for a long window box that can be hung off a balcony (rented property so can't permanently fix anything) using some hooks. any idea where best to try?

something like:

The garden centre in the farm at Ridgeway.just below the pubs and opposite the Craft Centre.

They do all sizes and prices and prepare all the displays for the village and all the local pubs.

Hopefully someone will know the name.

Why not design one yourself and take it along to an engineering shop.

It only needs to be a rough sketch and some measurements.

You never know,if it takes off you could very well be Sheffields own high rise balcony basket king.
