I'm building a bbq in the garden and I need to get a rectangular metal grill for it, but I can't find one anywhere. Does anyone have any suggestions?
I've tried B&Q, Homebase, Wickes, Argos, and all the local garden centres I can think of, as well as searching online. All I can find are either circular replacement grills for bbqs, or whole kits for building a bbq including bricks and everything, which I don't need. Can anyone help? Thank you!

Why not borrow a supermarket trolley and get the hacksaw to it?

I'm sure either tesco's or argos have build it yourself bbq kits in their catalogue, you just get the grill shlef and a shelf for the charcoal with bricks etc not included.

We used an old oven shelf from a cooker. Second hand cooker shops usually have some.

Use an old grill pan. Use the metal mesh bit for the top (food) and the bottom tray bit for a charcoal
