if your comfortable with it i would just look around locally, theyres a bit more of a risk involved but there is anyway when buying a second hand car, or even indeed a brand new car.

there are loads of corsa's around the £2300 mark, and about 6-7 years old, and with a bit of bartering you might get one below £2000. or if want something a bit newer they start at around £2500.
