I have a great rehearsal room which I am willing to share with just one other band.
The room is 18' x 20' fully carpeted, bright airy, 1st floor, central location (John Street) and has a high ceiling. Shared use of drums/PA is available. You can use it as much as you like, independant access 24/7, I will only be using the room max 2 times a week.
One off monthly rent including all electrics, rates and insurance. £130.
