Doesn't seem to stop the endless threads about religion, racism etc etc tho does it
They at least start with a different angle in most cases, they just end up in the same place.
The question of is graffiti art or vandalism has been done to death but more importantly the thread creator would have seen the older threads when writing this one through the automatic search.
