Is it patrons only or for everyone's use.
Thanks.

Anyone can park there for free. They cannot know if you are a patron or not.

I really can't recall ever having seen signs saying it's patrons only. We've parked there all day loads of times with no bother.

Parking and toilets are free at the Fox house Inn. However if you want food or drink you have to pay for it. Simple really.

If you mean the National Trust car park for Longshaw Estate, it's not free, it's pay and display.

I'd say for patrons only but it's not enforced, probably given the size of the car park. Whenever I walk at the Longshaw Estate or Burbage Brook, I always use this car park.

Thanks for the replies everyone.
It is patrons only, there is a very faded sign saying so on the end of the wall that separates the upper and lower sections, we went inside to ask and were given permission to leave our 2 cars there for the 2 nights.
Like i said, the sign is very faded but in other areas with similar signs it has been known to be enforced as you'll know, we decided best safe than sorry.
