Where is the best place to go for good foreign exchage rates?

I am wanting to get £100 in Australian Dollars and £100 in South African Rand.

What i am wanting to know is where is the best place in and around Sheffield to get good rates for these?

I'd go to your nearest post office...for those amounts any amount of traveling around town would eat up any difference in exchange rates you're likely to get...

the best place ive been is the money shop,theres one on hillsboro and one in town they have always given best exchange rates but dont have the buy back option its 3 quid i never bring any money back lol
