Hi, I'm sure I've seen advertised somewhere, that theres a place in Chapeltown where you can study computer courses...or have I dreamt it lol? I'm interested in word, ecdl or something similar and just wonderd if I could do the courses locally (fitting it in around childcare is a nightmare, so wonderd if it was a drop in place). Anyway, any info would be much appreciated.

I did mine at the North City Training Centre. It's council run & I got it really cheap (yes I do work, don't claim benefits etc). I studied each module at home (they gave me a cd) then had to go to the centre for each test. It's on Creswick Lane, Grenoside.

Thanks for all the replies The Chapeltown Training Cetntre sounds like what I was after, and they do the courses I want (Just hope they're not too expensive ). I'll give them a ring tomorrow. Failing that, I'll give the North City Training Centre a try, as that sounds good aswell. I WILL get a new job lol

Thanks again.
