if anyone works as an auto electrician who can come out asap or if anyone know one whos good
my husband drives a peugeot 307 1.4 HDi and its struggling to get past 3000 rpm but today its soooooo much worse as he cant get it past 10mph

I'd recommend looking at some peugeot owners forums, it may be an easy fix yourself before paying an auto electrician.

It'd need a garage by the sounds of it to plug it in to a diagnostic computer if you dont get any pointers from any forums.

ive been on the forums i have an idea on whats wrong but my hubby cant drive it atm due to it not goin past 10mph so he cant get it into a garage

right, there are a few mobile mechanics on here who might be able to help, if you have a look through the vacancies forum you'll find the details. I haven't ever used any of them so not sure if they are any good.

Are you not in the AA or RAC?? phone them if you have home start. They might be able to provide some advise or come out to have a look.

hes broke down after work we have free breakdown assist and they towed him home as he couldnt find the problem and now his car wont start at all!

Go to graysons garage they are auto electricains and are brilliant they sorted out peugeot out too
They are based near woodseats bottom of woodseats road telephone number 0114 2589225.

What makes you think it is electrical? to me it sounds like the fuel filter or pump.

I would not go here again.
I had a Laguna and the immobiliser packed in and car would not start. He had car for 3 days and ended up charging me £ 450 !!

Do you know it is definately an electrical fault? also what area do you live in?
