why is it they scrapped the dog license, with what is happening today, why is it you need a license to fish to ride a little moped to open above 10 o clock at night, to watch a tv /ETC ....... But you dont need one to have a baby even tho its the most responsible thing you need to have. Is a dog or a fish or even a moped more important than human life as a responsibility ???

I beleive(i'm not 100% sure)that the magna carta outlawed it.
