What is the difference between a gravity walker and cross trainer

this is a random question but does anyone know the difference between (exercise equipment) gravity walker and a cross trainer? which is the best to exercise on? which equipment is best for certain body parts? thanks.

air walker just swings back and forward with your arms and legs and other is more like being on a bike without sitting down if you get me they are more hard work

cross trainer then but swimming may be good

Gravity walkers are rubbish, they don't do anything. Cross trainers mimic running, personally I think a treadmill is better but they're still quite good.
