Richard Orrin at the Dronfield Therapy centre is a fantastic masseure. I have visited him monthly for two years and its largely thanks to him that i still have good mobility in my neck and shoulders. He is very well qualified in all types of massage and is worlds away from the beauty salon type of massage so I should imagine he would be able to help you. I cant recommend him highly enough. It costs about £38 per hour.
