Hello, I’ve got a double glazed window and the outer pane is cracked. Obviously really expensive to replace pane, I just wondering if there’s anything else I can do?

Is there a clear plastic film, a little like Clingfilm, but obviously much thicker and stronger that I could stick over the entire pane to re-enforce the pane and hold it together as one unit?

Advice, please.

Thanks

Don't know how to fit windows though. Its only a small side pane about 3ft length and 2ft width and not even a front window. Thats why is could just re-enforce with a clear sticky plastic coating.

Just don't know if anything of that nature is avaliable?
