We've booked a family party for next year at Goals. I just wondered if anyone else has had (or been to) a party there? What did you think? Also, as we've not yet decided what to do with regards to music, I'd like to know whether anyone's used their resident DJ. Happy for people to PM me with info.

I did a birthday party there last week, the people had booked outside caterers, so cant tell you if goals supply buffet food as well, the room itself is basically the club bar, but they close it for private bookings.
Fairly large room with a massive tv built into the wall !
Dont know if they have a resident dj, as I was recommended to them by a previous client...

The only fault in my opinion, is that the bar staff spend a lot of their time in the glass washing area chatting to each other - I saw people actually having to shout to them to come and serve !!!

All in all, a good night though, nice venue but the bar staff need to pull their socks up, I would be happy to work there again...
