I have just had a visit from an old pal of mine , Keith Smith. On Tues 1st Dec there will be a reunion/ gathering at the Club Double Six.

Mick Fidler had a long association with the Double Six first of all coming along and coaching and training the football team. Eventually Mick became the youth leader and enjoyed a lengthy spell in charge. As a young lad, I can still picture the lovely beaming smile from back of the counter there of his lovely and now sadly late wife Pauline.

I am unsure as to whether Mick has organised the reunion or whether it has been organised on his behalf but I am sure there will be a lot of old Woodseats faces popping along to see Mick and I am sure the visit to the Double Six will be followed by a trip to a local hostelry.
