Problems accessing Emails

I can't access my email account - on SKY on my own PC. Anywhere else I don't have any problems.

I've run a virus check - nothing (AVG) and a Malware scan (Malware Bytes) - again nothing.

It lets me log onto my account, but when I go to access my email it asks me to log in again, and again then comes up with a server error screen.

Any ideas anyone as to what's causing it?
