I'm thinking of knocking down a wall between my current kitchen and dinning room, to get a very large kitchen/dining area. I would replace the old kitchen with a new one.

Will I be able to recoup this investment if I sell the house in, say, three years time?

Hello Mosaic ...good question!that all depends on what type of kitchen you buy ....handmade....or express...which comes off of a shelf.....my personel view is if you invest in nice furniture and quality workmanship you will always recoup and as things are going to go in three years time it could be a good investment....my thoughts are dont buy cheap! i did not......try www.kitchencraftsmen.com.if you want cheap goto b n q...
