Weeeeell, I need some cracked stones sorting out, a wall bonding to another wall that isn't properly tied. Possibly re pointing of stonework. All with proper lime mortar.

there is an old guy on mansfield rd called dave jones just a little up the road opposite the co-op. he works on all types of buildings and from what i hear he is the best pointer around.
