you are right up to a point, the reason we put up with the crap style is cus by and large it gets results but its not nice to watch and it reminds me of the bassett era when I would come away from the lane having seen us win 3 0 and still not happy with the display.
I will not be one of those calling for his head and will of course renew my tickett next season come what may BUT if we dont make the play offs then I will expect him to go.

He's had enough time to take us up and he has all the supprt he needs.
United are a big club and should be looking at playing premiership football, plus attracting some decent names into the squad.
I wish kevin the best of luck and hope he's the man to lead us into the prem and keep us there.

It's been the same for a while now, their fans think they are a much bigger club than what they actually are.

True, but a lot of blade fans seem to think they have some kind of right to be challenging for automatic promotion and playing football Ronaldinho would be proud of.

Anything wrong with that?
Better than saying we play great football but will be happy with a top half finish.
Personally I will only be happy with a top two finish.

I doubt we will get top 2,we are not good enough to be honest and as far as thinking we are a big club and deserve to be in the premier of course I dont think that at all.
You can name at least half a dozen clubs with the same support as us and the same facilities in the championship, derby forest newcastle WBA owls boro and the rest but we are still one of the biggest in terms of wage budget and as such we ought to be up there in the top 6 at the very least.

Well to be honest we all want better but maybe we should accept that having ****ed away the last 2 attempts at promotion we havnt got the same amount of cash this time round. As we can already see we have barely enough players to make up a bench and we are struggling to even sign any free transfers. It says it all and maybe this time round we should be bloody thankful we are 6th atleast.
Anyway in this league you need to bounce back at the 1st time of asking or your just stuck here.

There's more to football than getting results. Most people want to be entertained as well. If they're not being entertained then they're perfectly entitled to say what they like about the manager.

Out of the last 33 seasons, United have only spent 5 of those in the top flite! Big clubs don't do that!

True and attractive football most of the time gets you out of this league. Perfect example West Brom who always go back up everytime they come down. Not sure why they never stay up to be honest.

It's not like the disenchantment among the fans is only at the Lane... Brian Laws commented on how disappointed he was with a section of the S6 crowd on Saturday, who were urging him to get it forward quickly rather than retain possession, and were booing the team while you were winning.

i never heard any booing, not sure where laws got that from
your right though, it's not just utd. obviously we haven't been near the top like utd in recent seasons to compare us with the utd fans but it does seem you have alot of fans that enjoy grumbling about anything they can

Very true that! Some were even moaning when we got to the playoff final, so there's not much hope of getting them onside.
As for the Laws thing, it was a big feature on RS earlier... probably a few who sit near the manager who long for the Brazilian football of Jack Charlton & Sgt Wilko to return to S6... the moaners, however small in number, always make themselves heard over the relatively contented silent majority.
Having said that, if i'd travelled to Swansea and seen that display, then maybe i'd not be too forgiving either!
