Hi as title,every time i try to ring out i'm just getting engaged tone and when people try to ring me my phone directs to voice mail.I've rung customer services but it's between 20-30 minutes wait.Is anyone else experiencing problems?

Take out your sim, leave the phone off for 10 minutes. Replace sim and turn the phone back on. That should do the trick.
