Open the document in Acrobat Reader, fill out the form, (if it allows fields to be filled) Some Acrobat documents are simply images without form fields. Print out the completed form via a third part PDF app such as PDFCreator.

Does the document have to be completed and submitted electronically? If not print out the form and fill it out with a pen.

If your trial of Acrobat has expired then your options are limited.

Print the form, fill it in and scan it in to your computer. Do you have a scanner?
