Hi, i need a DVI to AVG adpter for my pc if i get the one from pc world for £19.99 will it just work as soon as it is plugged in or will i need something else to get it to work. computer is a ibm intellistation.

£20? Blimey. An adaptor from maplins should cost a fiver.

Is it a VGA to DVI cable you're after?

i think i only need an adaptor because i already have the lead in my monitor but it doesnt fit in the pc

Hi thanks for your kindness, were are you all based as i have limited transport unfortunately, might be able to get into town im at sheffield 5 anyone close??
