Before Easter, I was sticking up for unemployed people saying that not everyone who was unemployed was only so because they wanted to be.
I called jongo a bit of a drongo for making comments that I took personal offence to.

I have since gained full time employment in recruitment and am shocked and appalled at the comments people make and excuses they come up with to wriggle out of work.
Each recruitment day we hold, about 40% of people we are expecting actually bother to show up.

What is with these people who moan and complain about having no work?
I jumped at every opportunity that presented itself and, hey- what do you know? I got a full time job out of it!!

So Jongo, I am sorry. You were well, partly right. It isn't ALL unemployed people- just on average 60% of them who don't want to work.

(Percentages based on recruitment days held in London, southend, sheffield, leeds, london again and sheffield again)
