Mine seems to be OK but it depends what transmitter you are on. Have you tried resetting your box - just unplug from the mains electricity, leave unplugged for 5/10 minutes and plug it back in. It will reboot itself and then it will be ok if that is what the problem was. If in doubt give Slaters a ring (0114 2311531)(yes I know I am recommending them again) they will be able to help you out.

Mine was behaving oddly recently. I found the scart was not 100 per cent in. In future I'll check all leads first.

If anyone has lost film4, its changed channels and a manual retune may be necessary.

Just for information:

A Nationwide retune will be required on September 30th 2009.
The current Freeview service uses 6 multiplexes this will be rejigged to 5 multiplexes for the Standard services. The 6th muliplex will then be used for a Freeview HD service which will launch in December 2009 and rolled out across the Uk as each tv region is fully switched over to Digital. For the Yorkshire region this 2011.
A NEW Freeview HD set top box will be required to receive the service.
